It is a basic and elementary knowledge that in international law, “sovereignty means that a government possesses full control over affairs within a territorial or geographical area or limit.”
While in our local jurisdiction, the fundamental law in Article I of the 1987 Philippine Constitution expressly provided that the national territory of the country is as follows:
“The national territory comprises the Philippine archipelago, with all the islands and waters embraced therein, and all other territories over which the Philippines has sovereignty or jurisdiction, consisting of its terrestrial, fluvial, and aerial domains, including its territorial sea, the seabed, the subsoil, the insular shelves, and other submarine areas.
The waters around, between, and connecting the islands of the archipelago, regardless of their breadth and dimensions, form part of the internal waters of the Philippines.”
Hence, I cannot understand and never will I fathom the extreme betrayal and idiocy of the pronouncement of Mr. Duterte, the mass murderer from Davao and that of the so-called senate president aka the national idiot, Mr. Tito Sotto with regard to their utter love of China and its dictator, Mr. Xi Jin Ping.
Here’s the statement of Mr. Mass murderer:
“Hindi binigay sa atin yung sovereignty. Ang sovereignty is only 12 miles. Ang economic zone wala tayong sovereignty… No country in the world has a sovereignty sa kanilang economic zone. It is not a question of sovereignty.”
I know for a fact that this freak is also an addict, yet ironically and allegedly hates addicts, but he himself is an avid fan and user of that banned drug known as fentanyl. Nonetheless, the pertinent and relevant question must be asked: is he gone completely mad?
Is this freak aware of the repercussion and the consequences of his utterly unconstitutional and incontestably traitorous statement?
When he said that “we” cannot assert sovereignty over our exclusive economic zone and drive away Chinese fishermen based on his super ridiculous claim because there is “no country in the world has that right” — is he sane and serious or he is suffering from a lucid mental interval?
The statement of this bloody bastard freak is not only unconstitutional, illegal and immoral; but undeniably treacherous and betrayal of the national interest of the country.
This is also treason! Though that crime can only be committed in times of war, nonetheless base on what is happening now, the act of fucking China in harassing our fishermen, destroying our marine environment and encroaching on our territory, I would say that we are in a state of war against the Chinese government.
Hence, if the option of impeachment against Mr. Murderer is nil or perhaps mathematically impossible, then my suggestion to the political opposition is to sue that bloody bastard mass murderer from Davao before a competent and impartial court for treason.
In an international sense, we may also utilize the option of using that freak before the international court for MASS MURDER and for allowing his “friend” who in truth and in fact is a fiend and a monster, China in destroying our marine environment to the detriment and prejudice not only of the Filipinos but also of our future generation.
What would be the basis of the People in indicting/suing the Mass Murderer from Davao?
Public office is public trust. Instead of protecting the People, Mr. Duterte ordered his mercenaries and killers of exterminating thousands of the Filipino People, worst while he is so eager in killing those small and hapless drug addicts, he is so bloody soft with the big Chinese Drugs. Finally to top it all, he allows the equally bastard mass murdering Chinese government in violating Philippine sovereignty, destroying our marine environment and harassing our Filipino fishermen.
Undeniably, that bloody bastard mass murderer from Davao had violated his Oath of Office. Instead of executing the laws of the land, he deliberately violated and raped the Constitution while at the same time thoughtlessly pretend to follows it.
Mr. Tito Sotto as the National Idiot of the Philippines
This idiot just to show his loyalty and being a lapdog of the mass murder from Davao issued the following statement in support of his boss. Said statement in my view is the stupidest and the most idiotic pronouncement that I ever read in my entire conscious life.
Here’s what the national idiot of the Philippines said:
“It’s very difficult to say there is exclusivity when it’s underwater. The fish (in the Philippines) could be coming from China and the fish from the Philippines could be going to China if we want to be technical about it and relate it to the constitutionality of what we should be owned by us.”
I am so ashamed and so bloody mad that this freak is the so-called senate president, which according to the laws of this land is the third highest ranking public officer.
I wonder, why the bloody hell this freak is so stupid. Further, it seems that his idiocy has no bounds.
He talks about the Constitution. Well, did this idiot and the equally traitor, the mass murderer from Davao read Article XII, Section 2 of the charter?
It categorically therein that:
“The State shall protect the nation’s marine wealth in its archipelagic waters, territorial sea, and exclusive economic zone, and reserve its use and enjoyment EXCLUSIVELY to Filipino citizens.”
Does the said provision speak of any coming or going?
Further, I would like to highlight Republic Act No. 8550 otherwise known as The Philippine Fisheries Code of 1998 which specifically provides that, as a state policy, “to limit access to the fishery and aquatic resources of the Philippines for the EXCLUSIVE use and enjoyment of Filipino citizens”.
Do these two bloody bastard freaks, idiots and traitors understand these laws?
The Basis of Philippine Sovereignty
The basis of Philippine sovereignty is not the inexplicable idiocy and unpardonable betrayal of its “national leaders” or even the direction of its fishes and birds, etc., but rather the Will of its People, the Integrity of their Territory and Majesty of their Constitution.
In a word, the ultimate basis of one’s sovereignty is not directionality but rather the individual and collective sovereignty of each and every citizen of this Republic.
This is the moral, political and constitutional basis of Article II, Section 1 which expressly provided that:
“Sovereignty resides in the people and all government authority resides in them.”
To the Mass Murder from Davao and the National Idiot of the Nation
The 2016 arbitral ruling “in favor of the Philippines against China over the territorial dispute in the West Philippine Sea recognized the country’s sovereign rights over OUR Exclusive Economic Zone.”
This right “is based on the so-called Constitution for the Oceans, the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).”
Further, “under UNCLOS, a coastal state has the exclusive right to fish within its exclusive economic zone (EEZ), an area 200 nautical miles from the coastal state’s baselines or edges.
“Recto Bank, for example, was found to be part of the Philippines’ 200-nautical mile EEZ.
“According to Article 56 of the United Nations Convention for the Law of the Sea, this means the Philippines has exclusive rights to explore, exploit, conserve, and manage the natural resources in the area. This includes fish, oil, and natural gas.”
A Call Once Again to the Filipino People
I will like to reiterate and amend what I’ve stated to my previous article:
A Call to the Filipino People and Our Allies
Dear Country-men, it is absolutely clear that we cannot rely for protection, support and care from the so-called president of our nation, even the so-called senate president aka the National Idiot of the nation, because their loyalty is not to us, the Filipino people but to China.
Sad but true!
Hence, as the heirs and grandchildren of our noble warriors and heroes, we have no choice but to rely to our very selves.
We have to unite and stand as one, with the help and solidarity from our allies, such as dear Vietnam, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, the EU and our ASEAN. Together as One, United as One — we shall win this fight against the imperialism and bullyism of China.
There is Hope!
