Profile: Self-proclaimed global netizen, Victoria has always lived in between cultures. Born and raised in a Canadian family in Hong Kong, she later moved to Toronto where she experienced being not quite “Canadian.” She then obtained her Masters at New York University, where she wrote her thesis “Women in New York’s Chinatown: The Global City in the Ethnic Enclave.” Always contrary and highly opinionated, she aims to foster cross-cultural communication in this increasingly shrinking world.
